Refund Policy

Due to the professional and document‑based nature of our services, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Refunds may be considered if work has not yet commenced or if the deliverable fails materially to meet the agreed scope.

  • No refund will be issued once documents have been delivered and accepted, unless agreed otherwise in writing or required by applicable law.


Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 may apply in certain cases (e.g. a 7‑day “cooling‑off” period for electronic transactions). These rights will be honoured when applicable.
